Whenever I listen to the Instantwetting file,I end up falling asleep.What can I do to stop this?

dont fight it let it happen, if you fall asleepe you are more relaxed than if you are awake. I have my pc in my room and have many files on it. I have set them up so they are on one play list it is almost 9 hours long when I goto sleepe at night I start the list playing and when I wake up in the morning it is normaly on the last file or has played all of them. not to mention I am always SOAKING WET AND VERY HAPPY.
you should try it but make sure you put them in the right order, that isnt to hard to do just read them and place them were you want them. it worked great for me. :D

I can agree with babbyeddie , i do the same with my mp3 player and have a need to wear diapers at night cause of my wetting :oops:
