So lately I'm being mentored into being completely incontinent(bladder and bowel) and well I was wondering how many people here are incontinent, by choice or because of something else?....please tell your story in the comments :lol:

I am trying for bladder and bowel by choice, more so trigger, but nothing has worked thus far. Even after listening to Trig Diaper Dependance for a month to bed.

After a LOT of trying I wet the bed most nights now (diapered). When I'm awake it's more difficult, it usually takes a few hours in diapers and at least one "forced" wet before it happens without me thinking about it.

End goal is completely (bladder and bowel) incontinent. I'm not sure how easily it will happen though!
