Does Hypnosis Really Work?

Friends, I just posted my Journal in the Journal section called Mikey's Hypnosis Journal, which sort of summarize my experiences with hypnosis and using hypnosis to improve and fulfill my fetish kinks over the years.

I've been in the D/s and fetish community in the US and Canada for around 20 plus years and using hypnosis for 12 to 15 years. I can tell your for sure it does work and you can make behaviour and attitude and belief changes with hypnosis. It can even cause physical changes once your mind accepts the changes.

My Journal outlines some of the major experiences and behaviour changes I've experience under the hypnotic guidance or training of an experience Dominant.

I hope you take time to read it over and see that hypnosis can help you reach your goals.
