How did it take listening to your incontinence hypno files until you had a completely unexpected wetting?

I wet, but there is still some conscious letting go. I have been listening now on and off for a few weeks after a long break.

I feel I am getting closer to an unexpected accident, but not quite there yet.

Also, any tips to getting their faster? I’m not currently diapered but hoping my wetting will lead me there (too hard to explain to my vanilla life people why I want to wear diapers, so hoping unexpected wetting will give me a reason).
