Just an FYI. The best free file i have found so far is "Sarnogas The Diaper Does it Edit" it induces a true EMDR state with it's real binaurals. The EMDR is a therapeutic tool to help with facing and changing thought processes to help change behaviours. So far it is the only file to produce the actual desired state of rapid eye movement. This is different than hypnosis which seems difficult to find in files.
