So I've been working through all the diaper dependence files the last year. Now I can say I'm completely incontinent. I absolutely love it and the journey that made me this way. I dribble constantly and I don't really have a warning when I poop. I just feel myself go. Sometimes I don't notice and realize later that there is a load in my diaper. I just feel amazing and complete. I never wanted to be out of diapers and I now I can't!

Nice! Can u tell us about u're training like how often did u listen? In what situations? When could feel first results? What files exactly did u use?

Surr. I listened to the files 3 times a day. After I woke up, around lunch, and before bed. I used Sarnoga's diaper dependence files. Started with the first and moved on to the next after I felt I had gotten the full effects of the file. A few months for each for me. I first started to feel effects a couple weeks in when I noticed I needed to pee more often and it was more urgent. Hope that helps.

I think Sarnoga's Files are very Very Strong, the teeny Weenie File worked for me, very Strong. I listen to it, the First Time, and it worked! I still work with the Diaper Dependence Files, i listen to 3 and 4!
But i always Hope, Sarnoga made a only one File for Permanent incontinence!
