I have been using the two wet when wearing a diaper files for about six months. Only once have I had any affect – one time after about a month of daily use I wet during the file – but since then nothing. I think perhaps I find it hard to get into trance and once I know the file - I listen to the words being said without taking in the meaning.

Can any one suggest a way to improve my response - I don't want to wet except when wearing a diaper.

I have found that overall it is a question of relaxation, openness and willingness.

Perhaps you are stressing too much about wetting when not in a diaper, try relaxing... maybe change the trigger into trance... try the trancing with someone else
