Mindmaster bladder retraining. Just be aware if the suggestions take hold,
you will be unable to stop wetting yourself, and you will want to keep listening to his files again and agian. I'm addicted to his files and now love wearing diapers all the time. Just make sure you want this before you start.

I lost my copies of MM's bladder retraining after a reformat and now I'm trying Anti-Potty Training. Its only been a day but things seem like they are progressing.
