Measuring bladder loss success?

Trying to gauge if I am having any success with the Train Diaper Dependence by Hellion.

For anyone who feels they have had success with losing bladder control, what does it feel like to you?

I just wet, without knowing it
I feel the need, and then go
I feel the need, let out " a little" and it all comes out

For me, I feel the need, I let it flow, and I really can't stop it when the gold water flows.
