I was thinking about downloading some diaper training files and listening to them while im sleeping i hear you are more receptive that way can i download any file I want to and it will work while im sleeping or if they have an awakener will it wake me up how does this work?

you can find some nice files from mindmaster designed for night loop.
look for files without awakener.
