I wanted to start listening to the files "Precious Plaything" and "Inner Child Personality" and I was wondering is there anything I can do during my sessions to increase the chance of success?

Even if you don't "think" it worked, pretend it did. Always act as if the file "worked". Eventually you won't be pretending anymore.

I used to do that all the time, ok cool. Is there anything I can do like get me extra relaxed for the files to take affect or anything of the sort?

While phonetics has virtues, it also has limitations. The file is spelled "Accelerator."

Grammar police? I wish. They get clubs. I'm just a petty dictionator.

(Remember, on forums people tend to be too implicit, so while paying attention to using the right words, also pay attention to left words. :) )

One thing I have found useful with files is to repeat the suggestions in your mind in 1st person (e.g. you are relaxing -> I am relaxing). It should become automatic after a bit of practice.
