i have been listening now to many files here on this Page but i have a problem. My Motherlanguage is German and my subconcius is not willing to give away from a English file. I would be happy if someone knows a hypnotist or someone who would make a german file.

You can use an online tts? Try to capture the sound... in some way

Or buy a nice TTS for your computer, with German male and female voice?

And also possible via Google translate to translate English script into German...

google translate is terrible from experience, you get germanish not german or more correctly deutschlander, though there some deutsche/german ab files here a voice mutatetor and you translating the script as it would sound natural to you would work best.
