Incontinence trigger?

I am however into getting fisted which requires a deep vigorous clean out that can be at times difficult, unreliable and unpredictable. I'm wondering if any one has experience with a trigger that can cause immediate and complete incontinence for the purpose of making my prep times easier. Comments, suggestions, ideas? I'm new to this area. I'm not looking to experience wearing diapers to bed etc ... just a trigger (self & trusted others) to make things easier and a bit more erotic. Thanks.
