I have this file, Lullabye subliminal it's called. I have no idea where I got it! XD It says it's a subliminal but it just sounds like a binaural and I have been using it as such. No words just a soft brahm's lullabye beat..anyone know where this is from?

This gave me a great idea. try reciting this one over and over. or record it and loop it.
to the tune of pop goes the weasel.

drop by drop my bladder fills up
soon I will go wee wee
The tingle tickles open the latch
Out comes the pee pee

The urge gets stronger every time
I know I will go wee wee
The tingle tickles open the latch
Out comes the pee pee.

My bladder opens faster each time
Now I will go wee wee
The tingle tickles open the latch
Out comes the pee pee.

the idea is to condition your mind to open the bladder the moment the tingle is felt. Normally we bock on that signal.

Maybe I can clarify.
Another way to look at this is to use the tingle you feel when you have to pee, as a trigger. Normally, when you feel that first tingle, your brain sends a signal that "blocks" your bladder from opening. You find a bathroom first. Here we would use the first tingle as a trigger that both blocks the brain from sending that message and opens the bladder instantly instead. This may be a better way instead of trying to convince yourself that you have no control. In this case the only thing you cannot control is when that first tingle will occur. and that is a natural occurence.
