OK listen up you must be willing to cooperate with your Desires if you really want these files to work for you just put on a diaper buy some handcups let your partner hold the key eat some ex-lax chocolate lay there and poop on yourself on purpose do this for about a month or two you will get use to it and poop on yourself each and every time.
