I have been using the breast growth and SFW files for a couple of years now and am really showing a lot of progress (I am at a measured size B now)

Here's a question I have: when I massage my breasts, there seem to be nodules inside them and quite a lot of tenderness. Is this normal ?

Those nodules your feeling are probably just the ducts, if it's under or close to your areolas.

If that's what your feeling then you don't need to worry.

I too have had some tenderness in my breast also.I know what you are saying.I have had swelling too quite often. I am a c cup now.

Yes but it's almost unheard of in M2F transgenders

I would think that the sample of the community is so small that there would be little data to back that statement up.

it doesn't matter of your M2F or if you mistook them for vitamins they can still give someone breast cancer
