My penis seems to be a bit smaller though I haven't measured it so I could be wrong. There was a couple times listening to the file when my penis became a bit sore. I don't think i really have a secret but i know i've always been good at switching off and forgetting the world around me, even when i'm meant to be paying attention to something lol.
I don't really know what kind of advice i can give. But maybe with some people it just takes more time or something?

I listen to some of the files on their regularly. Especially the short affirmations one cause you can put it on your mp3 player and loop it while your going out for a walk or doing house work or relaxing in the bath. The files on there are really good.
