Well who knows how far the transformation can go. I'll say that he/she doesn't look like a pretty woman from the pic I saw. Perhaps he/she will learn to live with with the condition. I wonder why it started happening though.

That is not at all clear. Medical science recognizes a dozen human sexes, including with chromosomes XX, XXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXY, and XY, born with female external genitals. Hermaphrodites are practically all XXY chromosomed with an extra X or an extraneous Y.

There are XY and XYY persons born with external male genitalia. Some XY males will transition to XY females through gender reassignment. Many of the XYY will end up in prison.

This case has evidence of being an XY born male with both conditions: (1) failed androgen receptors, and (2) heightened estrogen production.

Since both males and females produce both male and female sex hormones, it is worth paying attention to how these hormones come to be.

"Estrogen" is the generic name for the three main human feminizing hormones.

Estrodiol, if I remember correctly, is the most potent of the three. Then a cascade causes it to break apart into a weaker form, and then again. The original Estrodiol itself is produced from the male hormone called Testosterone. It's a little more complicated than that, but this is the short form. Male testosterone can become male-estrogen by a number of means, including post-hypnotic suggestion.



Environmental chemicals, especially many pesticides, can mimic estrogens in the human body. DDT, for example, is a long-lived chemical which survives for many decades in soil and water and can be concentrated up the food chain. It can be stored in the human body fat tissues for decades. When it breaks down it falls into two parts -- one acts like a weak estrogen, and the other acts as a very potent anti-androgen. In short, it stops maleness and promotes feminization.

The She-Man in the story might have been exposed to large doses of DDT when young, or eats contaminated foods today to get these results. Pesticide residue tissue tests are warranted.


There are scores and scores of chemicals known to cause feminization of males by mimicing the estrogen molecule. They fit the estrogen receptors and lock in, unlike natural estrogens which are metabolized within a short time, and these synthetics not only don't turn off, but they are sometimes far more potent than natural human estrogens.

If that wasn't enough, many synthetic man-made chemical molecules work synergistically with others, becoming ten times more potent when a secondary feminizing molecule is present.

Even Walmart is now on board with the science, discontinuing the use of hard clear plastic baby bottles which have been leaching a chemical into the baby milk feminizing the generation of children taunting the She-Male in the story. Estrogen cannot "turn Testosterone INTO" that female hormone.

Testosterone "decays" or metabolizes into estrogen.

Testosterone breaks down into estrogen under certain circumstances unless the liver strains it out of the bloodstream first. In women those 'certain circumstances" are normal, and almost all of the testosterone they make is usually converted into estrogen.

ONE of those special circumstances is heat of the gonads. In woman the ovaries are inside the body which is insulated with extra fat layers. In men, the testicles are external to the warm body and men typically sit with the legs spread wide open to allow cooling. That 2 or 3 degrees contributes to conversion in women and not so much in men. The internal body temperature is remarkably consistent. The internal temperature is not so affected by outside temperatures. DES is a synthetic estrogen which is about 5/\[url=(https?:\/\/[^\s\[]+):$uid\](.*?)\[\/url:$uid\]/i/\[url=(https?:\/\/[^\s\[]+):$uid\](.*?)\[\/url:$uid\]/i times more potent than natural estrogens. Maybe the guy in the story just liked KFC a LOT!!!

What's surprising is that there are not a lot more guys walking around with tits. From the popularity of feminization files around here I think that the widespread estrogen pollution is having effects on the minds.
