It depends from what point you're starting.
If you were a typically masculine, heterosexual male and you've been listening to the files regularly, then you aren't a typically masculine, heterosexual male anymore.
You will have been so indoctrinated so that feminization is completely accepted by your mind as natural.
If you've been listening to the files regularly, you will definitely being crossdressing by now if you weren't before.
You will have taken an interest in feminine clothing, shoes, and makeup.
You will be considering getting your ears pierced.
You mannerisms will have developed a feminine flair.
Your sexual orientation will not have changed yet, but you will not be repulsed by it.
If you were an effeminate, homosexual male and you've been listening to the files regularly, then you will have changed more physically to the female form.
Your features will appear more feminine to you.
Through your mind's eye, you will notice that your breasts are developing. They haven't but they will be appearing so to you.
You will have developed a more feminine posture and interests.
