Need help and File ideas

I am having trouble with going into a trance I need to know some tips like is daydreaming ok or staring out the window on a bus... I would also like if you could post good fantasy temporary feminization files and how good they were. And finally I think that there should be an inflation file like you suddenly start inflating to gigantic proportions quickly feeling the stretching of clothes but you don't pop, or a file where you become a girl and can feel everything like the sensitivity of your breasts or anything else. please someone post a comment give ideas for files, tips for hypnosis, or talk about a file your working on involving one of my ideas.

Before trance I usually just do the obvious, turn everything off, get into bed and listen to an mp3 player (or take my headset there).
