How long did it take to achieve and which files did you use?

I would guess I have been listening on and off for about 4 or 5 years.
SFW, Curse Male Breast Growth and Cure Hormone Change.

It really does happen slowly and needs perseverance - but the results are undeniable.

Other results ?..... the hair on my legs has almost disappeared (but I also listen to a hair removal hypnosis recording, so may not be able to fully attribute that to SFW), and my skin is much softer.

One other effect I should have mentioned is my nipples...they are constantly erect, ever so sensitive, and way larger than they used to be.

All of those can be attributed to Estrogen levels. I've been looking into hormone treatment, and one of the things I've seen while researching is that higher estrogen levels do indeed make your nipples more erect, give you softer skin, thinner body hair, etc.

this is probably going to seem like a noob question but where are the pictures of your results. I'm new to this site and have been wanting to try these feminizing files out since I don't wanna go on hormones and it excites my curiosity to hear that your getting real results.

Nice results wow I really didn't think it was possible to change so much, I certainly going to keep listening to curse hormone chnage and supper female whammy hope fully I'll get some breast too :D
