as i create newer files, there is a specific order in which they should be listened to. this will build up and on each other for maximum effect. so far it is as follows:

Beliefs stage1
beliefs stage 2
trigger conditioning.
sissy stage1
sissy stage2
sissy stage 3
no penis loop
Hormone flush (optional)
grow Breasts grow.
Milk now loop.

This is for any who desire sissification or feminization.
