Title, pretty much.
What I want to know is if there's any file that promotes feminization of body and mind through working out at the gym.
Jockette files are a plus. =D

Several things to keep in mind here.
1, testosterone will make working out hard for a sissy. Need to keep that under control, preferably through some variation of chemical castration, or actual castration. Note this may make the sissy desires go away (and would also require medical intervention, as the sex hormones assist with things like bone density.)

2, you want to look towards aerobics. LOTS of aerobics. Long, Slow, Distance. Think marathon runner (the ones who complete, but aren't even in the top 50%.) Endurance training is about the highest you can go.

3, per t-nation.com, the "best" exercise for feminizing your body, is jogging.

Last, I'm guessing you know this - 80% or more of the body comes from diet. 20% from the gym. You can't out-train a bad diet. And if you partake of feminization, through herbs or pharmaceuticals, you'll be lowering your metabolism. Estrogen promotes fat storage (albeit in a feminine form).

It's also a problem, but in order to stay "low fat" as you age, you need to build muscle. Your metabolism decreases as you age, so muscle will offset that... Which means weights. Use strength training (heavy weights, low reps - less than 6, fewer, even, at near maximal weights.)

Aerobics will stop working eventually, too. You get more efficient at processing oxygen with aerobics, so... More efficient = less energy burned --> more exercise required. Strength training = more load, more reps, more work = more energy burned, and poorly = same TIME, but more EFFORT and same exercise.

So, start with a reasonable set of goals. You want curves, look into herbal hormones or glandulars, for a taste. (OTC, available on Amazon, legal.) If the "Taste" only whets your thirst, get to a therapist, check the laws against discrimination, and feel thins out with your family, if needed - Jenner has made a perfect opportunity, or you could pull Transparent from Amazon Prime, or there's "becoming us" on the ABC family channel. Leave it on and talk about it, if you need to rely on parents for assistance.

Next, back to goals.
1. Set a timeline. Rome wasn't built in a day.
2. Do you want (your own) children? This requires banking sperm or eggs.
3. Find out how to be androgynous and avoid masculinizing/feminizing your body. Hormone blockers can be used fairly safely, but mot will be prescriptions. You can also look up the herbal route (breatnexus, Cheryl's Breast Forum, susans.org <-- THEY will ban you for talking herbs, in essence - even if you have gone from a 20A to a 36 H. But good on Pharma info and support.)
4. NOW you start thinking exercise, for health. And evaluate diet carefully. These resources are easily found, so I won't link.

Things that will get an MTF "read" or "clocked": Voice. Beard. A belly (especially with narrow hips). And then minor things like how you walk, an how you talk.

And last note, it's not cheap. it's no longer a mental illness per DSM, but it's still a paraphilia or something - classed with pedophilia and beastiality, etc. I was actually a step DOWN. So you might get a mental diagnosis, be aware - and that can block things like some jobs, voting, owning guns. And if you get arrested and are not "post-op," you might end up in a natal-sex jail. IE, if Male to Female, even with 40DD-26-42 measurements, you could go to a men's prison.

Sorry, I went WAY off topis here. :-)

So, short answer: Jogging and once or twice a week heavy weights, focus on the lower body, adjust course to build the butt, hips, thighs: Squats, squats, and some isolation exercises, and side leg raises on the floor. (Use sets of 10 here, with lighter weight. Here you are building, especially the Gluteus Medius.) For squats, do both heavy and light, and WATCH your FORM.
NO upper body work, essentially. (Use girly weights and as many reps as you can do in one set.)
Jog a lot, for long distances.
Yoga also good for stretching tight muscles, and Hatha builds strength as well.

But don't expect to accomplish feminization through exercise alone. ;-)

Interesting fact soldiers often develop breast tissue to the repeated knocking from firing a gun against their chest.

So banging your chest repeated tarzan style should promote some breast growth. How much I'm not sure.
