Secretly female

I've found there is a file by EMG, with a script done by Tehrev. The file is called "Secretly female" and it's effect is that you're waking up as woman, but you're woman only when you're alone, while among people you are hiding this fact.

I am wondering if somebody tried this and how it changed their life?
