Advice for LRFemaleOrgasm

I keep trying this file every now and then, and while I can usually imagine most of it fairly well I've never actually managed to really feel female, or to reach orgasm. Occasionally came physically with my male body but never had a female orgasm like the file intended. What can I do to fix this? Thanks
