Just a Very pragmatic question: if you are male and wearing women’s panties. Usually my balls fall out to the left or to the right. What do you do with that problem?

You can push them up inside the inguinal canals and tape them in place.

That is easy if you have small balls though...otherwise it hurts like hell...looks nice when done though...tee hee

Maxi-pads. Tucking oneself under with a pad in one's panties makes for a decent gaff.

Tucking generally hurts the first few times you do it, and perhaps a few more times beyond that, but your body gets used to it. I started tucking here and there at 13 (dressing in secret, etc). By the time I was 15, I don't think I ever felt pain anymore from it. I didn't go full time until I was 23, but no problem with tucking.

Aside from tucking, the other key is finding a gaff of some kind. They make them special or you can do what I do: I get underwear one size too small. With that, you can stuff the remaining skin inside the panties. This is presuming you tuck first of course. If you're not tucking, I'm not sure why you'd want to still wear panties, but I would recommend getting one size bigger or making sure you get bikini cut, hipster, or boyshort cut, and not some crazy thong or something.

If you dont want to tuck, but want the feeling, wear a thong but then wear a fuller cut over them.

I just want to cut them off altogether and be rid of them...

Thank you for the hints. I would wear them because I love having this little secret which is very arousing.

Simple.. pay $25K for vaginoplasty and the problem is solved...
