A simple google of transgender or transsexual Seattle will get you a lot of info. There is a GLBT center on Pike st. and Ingersol Gender Center is another option. The city itself seems to be pretty accepting (I haven't been riden out on a rail yet). As far as online hormones.....I would advise against it. They aren't something to fool around with on your own.

assuming you are in good health, have good liver function, No hepatitis, no sclerosis, etc, no thrombosis or uncontrolled hypertension, you can get prescription hormones without seeing a doctor from the following on line pharmacies:

http://www.inhousepharmacy.co.uk/index.html

http://www.noprescriptiondrugs.com/pharm5.html

http://www.albany-clinic.co.uk/

http://www.medica-ch.com/main.html

one of these sites will also sell motilium ( created for gastric problems) which elevates prolactin levels 500 percent in males as a side effect, and syntocin (oxytocin) nasal spray which assists in lactation by easing the let down response.

There is also a number of herbal hormone analogs and glandular extracts sold at various websites. some are good. some are bad. and all are weaker than the real thing but arguably safer.
