curse period thought it didnt work!

ok, so a while ago i tried the curse period file. listened for almost 3 months strait twice a day then stopped listening and nothing , or so i thought

well, every once and a while i was getting a stomach ache, thought nothing of it, just let it go. then one day i decided i will mark it on the calendar. and guess what. it was happening every 28-30 days right on the mark. i was shocked.

so this is what I got. i get a stomach ache, just not feeling well. and bloating. then next day have to go to the bathroom all the time that day and for almost nothing. it just feels like a have to take a dump but nothing.
