It finnally has started to change

I changed only one thing I was doing... it worked apically.......XD I just have one question.. can you guess what that was.... and I may be growing boobs now... there is this thing in my left chest that is there an getting bigger.. btw has anyone tried the those Japanese girls fill... how has it worked on you....
