About a month ago, I listened to the PMS Curse and a few hours after I felt it (During the trance i was under really deep and was having trouble focusing), I started feeling minor cramps in my stomach, but nothing really after that. I marked the day on my calendar to see if it worked, with maybe a few listenings in between. Today is the day and Im starting to feel the effects. I am amazed!

Ive also tried SFW. for a week. So far my only progress is a feeling of discomfort in my chest area and a strange feeling down there...Ill keep you all updated.

I was going to try Train Hormone Change to boost the effects... Anybody else have a file or two I should Listen to to enhance my effect of achieving a female shape?

well I dunno what to tell you, but I tried the "Ultra thin waist" file recenlty and omg it is so strong! I feel like I am being 'hugged' really tightly around my waist all the time, but the file has a 'sticky' number '20' and at 27" right now I dunno if I can go that far physically . Give this one a shot I say.

I listened to 20 inch Waist. I Feel a "Hugging" Senation. I dont think i will achieve a 20 inch waist but it Im hoping to lose a few inches anyways

TrainSucceptible works also. I know i am listening to my Files but i have trouble remebering it. Its all cloudy and such.

When I wrote "Ultra thin waist", I never really expected the subjects
(Victims?) would really achieve that perfect 20" waist. But hopefully it will take You as far as Your body is willing to go.
