i know theres been a few topics on this already but was just wondering if anyone still listens to this file or have not long ago and are starting to feel the effects of it ?

ive tried it and was useing it for well over a year but could never get it to work no matter how much i wanted it
dont get me wrong at times some things were there that could of been related to it working but it might of also been nothing as well and me overreacting

so whats everyone think of this file ? has it worked on anyone ? and what were some of the signs u had when it started working ?
