As a part of a request from my GF, I have been listening to two different files at the moment, Curse Male Breast Growth, and Curse PMS for about a month now. My breasts do look a little bit larger, and I have had my first "period".

I can say that yes the files do work, but they may take a while to show much effect. Please don't fall victim to what a lot of people want: instant gratification. Keep persisting and believing and there will be changes.
