Anyone have success with either of these? If so, how long did it take?

I can't say from experience, but I am of the opinion that everybody's going to accept (or reject, as the case may be) files differently. If you want to try them, then, by all means, try them. :D

If you're new at this, I reccomend using some of the Induction and Deepening files, maybe that "train suggestible" file if you want, and be patient. It's not necessarily going to take root right away; you just have to keep at it for a while.
