Does everyone see you as a woman or do you only.

Unless you were in very good drag, only you would perceive yourself as a woman. Hypnosis files cannot change your physical shape dramatically; it's all in your mind. As other people (probably) have no clue of what's going on in your head, it's impossible for a hypnosis file you listened to to affect them directly.

It only changes your perception of your body and clothing and/or your beliefs about what you perceive. It doesn't affect your sense of self, and, as ShadowSabre notes, cannot affect the way others perceive you.
