Need assistance in TrigFemaleForm

I've been listening to the file for quite awhile now and haven't seen any results. Sometime when I say "Female time for you" my penis gets an erection :oops: When I am listening to the file, I am laying down on my bed as if I were going to sleep. I am still conscious during the file so am I doing anything wrong? Also I only have the time to listen to the file without disturbance during the weekdays is 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
