Apparently these ones are difficult and you should try easier files first, that don't involve imagery.

IMO, TrigVagina may be one of the easier ones of that lot, because it's limited in scope, and doesn't need to involve a visual illusion or hallucination.

Of course, it still has to work against a lifetime's worth of experience and self-imagery, so it may well be that it could take more than two weeks to get results.
