it does cause changes but you have to give it time,

the changes will not be huge but it does cause subtle changes, which over time become noticable


if you serious about this i recommend playing the subliminal on a constant loop, and the body/full (inc induction) when you have the time.

this is true for all files, the more you listen the more you become
