So, I am a guy, 6'1", 180 pounds.
I need to lose alot of muscle, and look alot more effeminate.
Not including long drawn out story.
How can I do this?

Sorry, I was not particularly sober when I wrote the preceding posts, so what I'm saying might not be clear. I am considered to be in really good shape, but I really don't like my body type (mesomorph). I want to cut down to about 160, and I currently weigh 180, and I need to lose about 15 pounds of muscle. How would I go about doing this?

Crash-dieting is often described as counter-productive because it causes loss of lean mass (muscle), so maybe that's a way to go? I'd have thought reducing the amount of protein in your diet would help too, and some long slow aerobic exercise couldn't hurt either.
Disclaimer: I am not a doctor, I haven't even played one on TV. My advice might be useless, or even dangerous. Decide for yourself.
Here is smothing to get you started

Try Wild Yam Caps, Wild Yam Cream rub on inner thighs and breasts and under arms. Red Clover Blossom, Fennel Seed, Fenugreek, Hops/Valerian Combo, and Saw Palmetto, Get a good estrogen cream and on alternate days rubbing into soft areas like with the wild yam. Do only yoga like exercise that causes you to stretch and limber up. No heavy exertion. You might have to double the recommended intake on the bottle. Make sure you get cold processed herbs that are non-irradiated. It may be a of pills so get caps. You can open them up and make tea with them. Try this for 90 days regularly and then post your results. Love Sabrina

As an artist, I've studied human anatomy quite a bit. Women don't necessarily have less muscle then men, but rather they have a layer of fat that goes around their muscles, making them less discernable. The only time you'd want to possibly change your muscle mass is if you are REALLY brawny. I mean, like you have ripped byceps, triceps, shoulders and stuff. In that case, you'd want to find a way to convert your muscles to be more lean.
Lean muscle is more feminine than ripped muscle, at least from an artist standpoint.
