It seems to be the consensus on the site that the super female whammy is the quickest(and most extreme) as far as noticeable physical effects. It seems that the penis shrink portion happens first.

TrigWoman 2 is fantastic. I went deep the first time I listened to it and now I go under quickly and deeper every time. Why is it so good? I think it has to do with it being a feminine voice. Second--it doesn't try to change your body--just your head. I felt so good when it was over. The trigger works every time. Go for it.
