I have found this file really addictive due to the subtle messages it is repeating to me, basically telling me what i want to hear. I have listening to the file whenever i can for the last week, possibly 40 to 60 mins a day. Today in work while i was walking to break it was like a bell going of in my head with the words "I am a girl" This has not happened before and did not repeat again today. After the thought burst into my head, my body had a slight tingling sensation then after a few mins went back to normal. The thought was too powerful and instantaneous for a conscious thought. I do not know if I thought of something to trigger it. Has anybody else had this experience or any others to do with this file.
I am still using it and will continue to do so.
