Yes, if the file has the physical effects it claims. Most SRS vaginoplasty techniques make use of the male genitals, so making them vanish is a bad idea if this is what you are planning.

There is a technique using part of the colon, occasionally used in cases where there isn't sufficient male 'donor material'. It is performed less often and has higher risks.

I've also heard it doesn't create the most pleasing odor as well using colon material.
