So will only listening to SFW like 3-4 times in like one night and Estrogen Cocktail like 3-4 times in one night cause permanent, Female-amount Estrogen production or do you have to listen to the files for an extended period of time??

Everyone reacts to files a littl differently. So it may for some but won't for others.
