sorry to post this but i need to know what dos the Body meen what dos it do

The body is the main part of a hypnotic file - the part that installs the suggestions, that the file is meant to give. Normally when you download a whole file from this site, it will consist of an induction, the body and an awakening. And this is fine if you only want to listen to that one file. However if you would like to listen to several files, it would be tedious and time-consuming to listen to an induction to put you under for, then the body and then the awakening for each and every one of those files. So when you are able to download only the bodies of files, you can put them together like so: one induction, then a body, then another body, yet another body and so on, and lastly an awakening.

Just be careful not to have too many bodies in a row without a deepener once in a while. Otherwise you risk the trance wearing gradually off while listening to all the bodies.
