Trance vs sleep?

I consider it a trance if I’m listening to the induction,relaxed, and focused on his speaking, and I just sort of “zone out” and can’t remember the last few minutes of what was said. But my problem that I do that fairly often, only to pop back up a few minutes later.

So how long do you have to stay under for it to really be a trance? All the way to the end of the file? And if you don’t come out at the wakener, were you truly in trance, or did you just fall asleep?

That's excellent communication

I want you to pleasantly zone out
I don't know how You're going to do it

Your subconscious knows what it feels like when you Zone out
while you Keep reading

You've been seeking trance here on WMM for awhile
- And I'm grateful your subconscious is trusting me with the right words to use

Trance is a wonderful game of trust - especially kink trance
- Telling a hypnotist is your first step of trust

Now that you took that first step. . .
the first step of trusting hypnotists that "zone out" are the right words to say

That makes it my turn in this game of trust. So, I'm using my turn to tell you:
I want you to pleasantly zone out now

And I wonder about the next thing your subconscious is going to tell about

Commercials and advertisements can be short
They can be short because you're going to consciously focus only on the "story" part while your subconscious mind goes to work. . .
- to protect you
- to make you happy
- and even to change your appearance


Trance can be short too
- as short as this note
The chains of habit are too light to be felt until they’re too heavy to be broken.
