Another Question About Furry Transformation

I was listenting to it first time last night. I know it will take me awhile to get it down pat but would it work better if the light was turned off in my room? I kept feeling my eyes shift around after I closed them. It was really annoying. So are there any other tips on how to make this work?

If aving the light off would help you, then do it. If it turns out that it doesn't have any effect, then it doesn't matter either way.
