A kung fu master? But first you need to know the basics. Can you do a high kick? Can you do a spinning high kick? If you need help with this, PM me, I've had some basic experience you'll need to become a master of the martial arts.

I've heard of a technique where you place your subject's hand on yours and tell them to look into your eyes and push down, while telling them to 'Push, push'. Then you take your hand away quickly and say 'Sleep!'. This confuses the subconscious, so it does what you tell them to. Was it anything like that?
