help me with hardons

when i listen to peeing files it make me very hard
was wondering if theres any files to help reduce the urge of getting hard
when i have to pee.
when its hard i can't pee and its fusteratiing so can some one help please

thats the main reson why i cant pee lying down and the other has somting to do about being on my butt. help would be appeceated thanks you.
