I hate it when people say their product is new and improve! 1.New means it's a damn product that's never been made before and 2. Improved means it's a product that they have made better and 3. Someone tell me how that works on the exact same product.
It's an improved product, and thusly it's a "new" product. But, these are buzzwords used to draw attention.
