listening to files- how to trigger

When listening to files do they trigger just by hearing them? Some seem to require a triger?

How is Trigerslave-RM triggered?
Which files trigger by hearing them and which are triggered by another person or with e-mail as in:

Imaccept with instant messaging?

A friend want to use this with me how would she begin?

Speaking the trigger word/phrase (included in the file) usually works. If emphasized somehow, through use of ALLCAPS for instance, they could probably work via IM too.

If the wording of the file is, that this or that will begin to happen more and more from now on, then no trigger is used. That is a standard post-hypnotic suggestion that will take effect by itself after awakening.
But if the wording is, that the effect will show itself, when a trigger is spoken, then it will only happen by being triggered. So it depends how the file is done. But it will always say in the description, if a file uses a trigger. If it doesn't mention a trigger, you can be pretty sure, that it is constant and non-triggerable.
