Is it posible to be under when you sleep, If i listen to a file when i sleep will i get the effect ???. Does anyone have any expriens with this.

If you read many of the other postings here, you will find that the results are very mixed.
They generally fall into 3 groups:

1: You fall asleep and have zero results
2: The files work, but they don't work completely the way they should. Sometimes they don't work, but people report having had funny dreams
3: They work fine

Impossible to say which group you would fall in, before you try.

Thanks. i thought that there would be some more general about this. But i just have to try it out then see what happens. I did try earlyer to take a nab a listing to a diaper fill.
